  • Custom orders require correct artwork, details, and approvals from the customer.

  • Once a custom order is printed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Product Quality

We ensure high-quality UV DTF stickers, but slight variations in colors, size, or finish may occur due to printing processes.
Such minor variations are not considered defects.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide Pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, damage during transit, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom UV DTF stickers are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, prints, website content, and branding belong to UV Stickers India (RR Traders).
You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate order details

  • Check designs before final approval

  • Use products as intended

Any errors caused by incorrect customer input are not our responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to courier delays

  • Misuse of products

  • Errors in artwork provided by customers

  • Indirect or accidental damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.
